Charlie Barton is a Pioneer in the Australian Mexican food industry with 45+ years of knowledge: opening the Mexican Kitchen in Bendigo in 1974, then moving into specialist manufacturing of tortillas, chapatis and wraps, first with Rosita’s and currently with Eagle Foods.
