Established in 1998 by chef Andre Richardson, Island Berries Tasmania is a producer of premium quality desserts, fruit pastes, jams, spreads, fruit syrups and thickened fruit juices. Made simply from the finest fresh Tasmanian fruit.  Our products contain no artificial colours/ flavours or preservatives. Our products have won numerous fine food awards and are unrivalled for flavour and freshness. Our commercial kitchen operates under an accredited HACCP program to ensure food safety and quality assurance to customers.

Whether for consumers, food service or the aged care industry, Island Berries Tasmania always has the customer’s needs at the forefront. Not only do the products taste great, they are also designed to be convenient, eliminate wastage and save valuable time. Products are available in individual portions, ready for serving, or in bulk packs for commercial use.
