Our story began in Melbourne in 2003. Since then, we have established ourselves as one of the leaders in the production of premium chocolates and macarons in Australia. Our expertly crafted chocolates have very quickly become the benchmark in fine chocolates and have been our signature product that continues to excite and inspire our customers.
Making chocolates and pastry is a form of art. We take pride in our creative process and we want the finished product to be a special experience. We have the utmost respect for traditional techniques and methods but we love pushing the boundaries and adding our own creativity to the mix.
We are extremely selective with what goes into our products and only partner with likeminded suppliers and producers. Our team only sources the finest local and imported ingredients, from Belgian chocolate to Australian dairy, organic salt and locally grown nuts.
Our luxurious Chocolates are hand-crafted and moulded from the finest Belgian couverture chocolate and premium grade cocoa beans to create a chocolate that is rich, velvety smooth that is never bitter or dry.

Working in the CACAO Chocolates and Patisserie kitchens are a team of award winning pastry chefs, including chefs Tim Clark and Laurent Meric. Our premium Couverture chocolates are available for your pleasure in both dark and milk chocolates and have been combined with classic ingredients such as salted caramel flakes, mint and almonds to give you the most indulgent chocolate experience.
