Westhaven Dairy is an award winning dairy business established over 20 years ago by Lorraine Mance and her husband Geoff. Westhaven Dairy is in the northern region of Tasmania and produces an exceptional range of handmade Cows’ and Goats’ milk cheeses and yoghurts.

All the Cows’ and Goats’ milk is produced in the clean, green environment of Northern Tasmania and is hand made into products with no added colours, flavours or emulsifiers. We endeavour to keep our products as natural as possible and sourced from Tasmanian farmers.

Current products are:-

  • Cows’ milk – Fetta, Marinated fetta, Persian Fetta, Haloumi, Paneer, Quark, Brie, Yoghurt.
  • Goats’ milk – Chevre, Fetta, Marinated Fetta, Marinated Goat Cheese, Persian Fetta, Haloumi, Havarti, Gouda Style, Yoghurt.
  • Coconut milk – Yoghurt.

Westhaven continues to produce exceptional quality products that can only be achieved by a small artisan dairy manufacturer.
